Yes, I don't see the news and retreat from social media sometimes too - that is healthy I believe, all of us could focus atrocities, but 'what we focus on increases' within our own world - which means being grateful for what we have will bring abundance in many forms That's not to say, we're not saddened by some things, but often we cannot do anything about them. For instance we can aim to create eco gardens to help climate change and not buy stuff in plastic, many of us together can make a positive difference however small
