you go to the power plant and when you go talk to the police guy in front of the stairs and then go talk to the fat guy in pink and then exit but before you can you will see the police talk to a guy then he will ask you to go to cerulean gym and when you go to the gym you will see team rocket then he will run away and hide. he will be hiding in between the couple and then he will challenge you to a battle, beat him, then go back to the gym and the way to find the part is to: 1. go right 2. go left 3. go down until you reach the first rack of tubes 4. press A and if you did this it will say you obtained the mystery part now go back to the power plant and talk to the fat guy and give him the part andfor his thanks he will give you TM57 which will be charge beam and two good things about this is you have charge beam and you could use the magnet train if you have the ticket.
