Once you have obtained the Odd Keystone, east of Hearthome City to Route 209 and you will find a Broken Tower. Press A near the tower and use the Odd Keystone on it. After that has been done, you must go underground and talk to 32 people. Once you have talked to 32 people AFTER putting in the keystone, you must go to the Hallowed Tower (The one you put the keystone in) and press A. A Spiritomb should pop out and battle you.
