DON'T tell her about it, or she'll get mad. The next one is in the Photography workshop, and the model has it. You need to swap it with the red carmine lipstick in the beauty workshop. The next one is in the design studio. You need to ask Mr. McAlister for the key to get in. He's in the jewellery workshop. The lipstick is on the far left of the room.
