Can you smash challenge rock? - Answers

"yeah, u just need a fighting type 1st in your party I think. Mine was my Tepig." You can hit the Challenge Rock once per day as long as you have a fighting-type Pokemon in your party. You get 1 star piece for doing so. As far as I know thus far, you cannot actually destroy the Challenge Rock. I've not played long enough to know for sure, but I've also not read anything online about being able to completely destroy it. Ok...well to add some info to this in the White version I went to Castelia City and did all that I could there except the gym and when I went back to the challenge Rock it wouldn't let me take a star piece. Has this happened to anyone else? I'm just wondering if there is a limit to the Challenge Rock?!Also, in the White version they say you can only catch Throh but I also caught Sawk.
