Thank you so much, I would love that :). I’m located in Colorado Springs. I identify with social media nauseas and anxiety. I also try to take long breaks and be as intentional as I can about the ones I use. I’m fortunate to not have to use social media professionally, but still try to connect occasionally because otherwise there’s an out of sight out of mind phenomenon in my experience - I drop off people’s radar and lose contact entirely.
