About — René G. Boscio

I started making music before I was a teenager, but it wasn't until my late teens that I got involved with the art of music for visual media. I was always doing different projects covering a wide variety of genres, and for some reason I could never stick to one; I would write music in any style I could get my hands on. During my BA, which I chose to do in classical composition, I discovered that there was a field in which I wouldn't have to choose between one genre or the other, a field which required me to master every single style. I was sold. In deciding to make music for a living, you make a choice to become vulnerable. Through passion and devotion I extract my thoughts, my worries, my emotions, and place them, unconditionally, in the hands of our listeners. I work hard to portray a style of my own, honest and elegant. I believe real beauty lies in the simplest of things, true to their nature. I've always been a firm believer of "less is more". My purpose is to help guide the audience through emotions, with as little as possible, always remembering that the most important detail is in the story being told.
