Centre For Sports and Exercise

The Centre for Sports and Exercise, University of Hong Kong (HKU CSE) offers non-academic sport and recreation programmes, health and fitness and competitive sport programmes. The Centre employs qualified staff to manage the University's sports facilities and promote physical activity through Sport and Recreation Programmes called Uni-Sports and Uni-Adventure. These programmes are offered during Semesters I and II and during the summer months. The programmes aim to provide opportunities to participate in leisure-time activities and to develop life-long physical activity skills. Courses are offered in a wide range of activities for which qualified instruction and equipment are provided at a nominal fee to students.
