AnswerI don't think there's a way to garuntee getting a girl starter. You could start your game, and when you get your starter, you can check its gender. If it is a girl, good for you. If it's not and you want one, start over and get your new starter. Keep doing this until you get one. My torchic was a girl and i did nothing... fyi even if it is a girl you still cant breed it.^^^ this part is incorrectYou can breed starters together and the most I did was with two starters.actually all i did was save in front of birches bag and keep restating until i got a female... took about 7 or 8 tries for torchic. and you can breed starters. only the first form belowmudkip-----------any water typetreeko------------any grass or dragon typetorchic------------any fire or ground typehope it helps!!! :)seribii.net is where you can check breeding :)
