After you beat it then you need to talk to Bebe in one of the houses in hearthome then take the evee that she gave you and don't use any stones or candies just raise it for a few levels then if you raised it enough in daytime youll get an espeon if its night then umbreon HOPE I HELPED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ok in Platinum you don't have to beat the game to get an eevee. Just find Bebe in her house at hearthome. (if you beat the game first you still get the eevee but now they will be available in the trophy garden!!!! to find them there just go into the manor and go to the garden. then run around till you find one) Have an empty slot in your team and she will give you an eevee!! then get a high friendship level with the eevee and level it up DURING THE DAY. if you do it at night you will get an umbreon. to get ALL the forms before you beat the elite four and Cynthia go to solaceon and put the eevee in with a girafirig of the opposite gender. then just let them have lots of eggs!! (P.S that will only work if the eevee is female) OR you could go to the GTS and ask for an eevee! i traded a lvl 17 male ralts for a lvl one female eevee. she had like 8 eggs and now i have a bunch of eevee forms! i really hope this helps you!!!!!
