From ridding anxiety, to sharpening your brain power and focus for work, it truly can. In this episode on Body Bites with Bec, I chat with Bec Rowland about her results from the 3 Week Body Reset and continuation in the Tribe, and how she's healed lots of her anxiety and sharped her focus for her masters degree, whilst juggling being a Mum and working as a school counsellor. It’s different, as the focus isn’t on weight loss like lots of my other case studies, which is great - because you see how there is so much MORE to following a healthy eating plan than weight loss. When you think of all of the benefits aside from weight loss, it can make it far easier and more motivating to keep up with your healthy choices in the long term - and weight loss just becomes a positive side effect.
