Disability Equality Scotland (DES) is a membership organisation for disabled people and disability organisations.We are looking to recruit a new Access Panel Network Engagement Team. Access Panels are invaluable in our aim towards making Scotland a more inclusive and accessible country. The new team will be at the forefront of developing closer relationships with each of our independent Access Panels. The aim is to strengthen the Access Panel Network.This post will manage the other team members, ensuring that a high quality of engagement and support is provided to the whole Access Panel Network.This is an exciting role for someone with experience in leading a small team, working in hybrid model.
