Uniqode API

The Uniqode API is organized around [REST](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Representational_state_transfer). Our API has predictable resource-oriented URLs, accepts [form-encoded](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/POST_(HTTP)#Use_for_submitting_web_forms) request bodies, returns [JSON-encoded](http://www.json.org/) responses, and uses standard HTTP response codes, authentication, and verbs. ## Authentication The Uniqode API uses API key to authenticate requests. Your API key carry many privileges, so be sure to keep them secure! Do not share your secret API keys in publicly accessible areas such as GitHub, client-side code, and so forth. All API requests must be made over HTTPS. Calls made over plain HTTP will fail. API requests without authentication will also fail. You can find your API key by using the following steps. 1. Login to the [Uniqode dashboard](https://dashboard.uniqode.com/). 2. Go to your 'API' section from the sidebar. 3. Copy the `API key` value. 4. Set a plain text header named `Authorization` with the contents of the header being `Token XXX` where XXX is your API Key. Example header ``` bash curl -X "GET" "https://api.uniqode.com/api/2.0/qrcodes/" -H "Authorization: Token Your.API.Key-HERE" -H "Content-Type: application/json" ```
