In 2023, we helped our customers expand into new markets and drive improvements in the efficiency and sustainability of their existing operations. In Brazil, the country’s major rice producer Cristal Alimentos took a big step into the pasta market with a state-of-the art plant built by Bühler. At Bakha Söhne in Kazakhstan, we helped the family-run business extend from oat growing to processing with the country’s first high-tech oat mill. Meanwhile in China and Europe, customers in the automotive industry were introduced to Bühler’s new megacasting solution, which reduces complexity in production and increases sustainability.
